Support, Answer Tree!

I’m not sure if anyone has noticed this but there has been a new addition to the ESRI Support Centre. A new area has been added called the Support Answer Tree. What’s its purpose? Well check out the announcement below:

New! Use our Answer Tree to Help Solve Licensing and Registration Issues
The ESRI Support AnswerTree (BETA) is a now available to help you resolve many common problems encountered when attempting to license or register ArcGIS Desktop products and extensions. Note that this requires Adobe Flash 9.”

Basically to help is solving licensing and registration issues.

I like the fact that it’s built in flash! Something different from most of the other ESRI sites.
